Scope of Experience
Rob joined Furman Capital Advisors in 2011 and specializes in the acquisition, underwriting, marketing, disposition, and 1031/1033 Exchanges of single-tenant and multi-tenant commercial investment properties throughout the Southeast. As a 2007 Graduate of the Hawaii Pacific University’s College of International Business, Rob specializes in cultivating out-of-market relationships by sharing market knowledge and the many benefits of investing in the Southeast. Rob has been directly involved in hundreds of transactions totaling more than $500M while representing a variety of private, public, and institutional clients. Rob holds a CCIM designation, is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is an active volunteer with Rebuild Upstate.
Background & Experience
Prior to becoming a commercial broker, Rob attended Hawaii Pacific University where he earned a BSBA in International Business, and upon graduation was recruited by Hilton Worldwide to join the Leader in Training program which evolved into a management position at the Waldorf Astoria’s Grand Wailea Resort on Maui.
