Background & Experience

Nancy joined NAI Piedmont Triad as a leasing associate and property manager in 1995. She was responsible for managing a portfolio in excess of 1.5 million square feet. In 1998 she moved into full-service brokerage.

Nancy has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with 5+ years in regional mall management and leasing. She has successfully completed transactions as a Landlord representative for ownership entities including corporate, financial and investment. She is also an experienced Tenant representative for regional and national tenants. Nancy’s expertise in positioning properties for maximum disposition value offers effective representation to both buyers and sellers.
