Scope of Experience

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of more than 4 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space ACPM manages across the Southeast. Among her duties are budgeting, triple-net leases, and completing yearly CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations. She holds a North Carolina Broker License, and with experience in virtually all aspects of the property management and commercial brokerage industries, she is adept at building rapport with owners and tenants alike.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining ACPM, Katie was employed by ACPM’s sister company, NAI Piedmont Triad, where she performed roles from commercial property manager to accountant and operations manager.

Education

University of North Carolina at Greensboro - B.S. in Consumer Apparel and Retail Studies (2008) . Also completed extensive coursework in business.
