janitorial, electrical, security and landscaping as well as general upkeep in
the form of repairs and maintenance.
Tenants are the
lifeblood of any rental property, and NAI Piedmont Triad prides itself in its
history of beneficial tenant relations. We document all tenant service requests
and refer them to qualified and approved vendors. We are readily available to
answer a tenant's questions, refer them to qualified vendors on service
requests and to act as liaison to the property owner when necessary.

Piedmont Triad uses state-of-the-art computer hardware and the pacesetter of
property management accounting systems. We keep property owners informed with
annual budgeting information as well as monthly financial statements including
cash flow statements, balance sheets, general ledger trial balances, cash
flow/budget comparisons, income and expense listings, check and deposit
registers as well as bank statements and reconciliations. Also included are
tenant detail reports (paid/unpaid charges, delinquencies, lease status,
payment history, etc.), and unit status reports (occupancy/vacancy reports,
rent rolls, etc.).

preparation of rent collections,
periodic reporting to accountants, figuring and invoicing rent increases and
maintaining files on each tenant. Conference
